You are full term now and you may go into labour. So you need to watch for any bleeding or leaking or any decreased movement of baby, Also pains which begin from back and go to the tummy after regular intervals with tightening are indicative of labour pain in all these conditions you need to go to hospital immediately.
Keep yourself active.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Eat a balanced diet
No spices

There are four conditions in which you should get emergency ADMISSION
1) pain
2) water leakage
3) any blood discharge
4) less foetal movement
