I am divorcee and have two kids with my first marriage and last month I married again and I wanted pregnant again.but my tubectomy done in seven years back .how could I conceive again please suggest me which procedure want to follow.my second husband don't know about the tubectomy operations.he love to have his own kids . please solve this issue.
