Hi ! Thank you for your consult. Kindly share the details of the treatment so that I can guide you properly. The report shows BRCA 2 pathogenic which means that the cancer is genetically related and can pass on to generations. So, if this is your father's report, you and your siblings should get tested beforehand. BRCA 2 mutations can cause not only breast cancer but also prostate pancreas ,colon and in females ovary too Considering this is your father's report, PARP inhibitors can be started if the disease is refractory to previous treatment.
Next Steps
Kindly share complete treatment history. Consult your doctor for initiation of PARP INHIBITORS of this your father's report. If this your report, kindly get your siblings checked too, do self breast examination and get screened for above mentioned cancers annually.

About father: Since you mentioned he is on treatment for last two years; 1: if he did not have metastatic disease, I take that his initial therapy of surgery and chemo/RT if required was completed and he maybe on aromatase inhibitors like letrozole or so. If so, for such a patient, can consider adding another tablet along with the hormone therapy called PARP inhibitors. 2: If he had metastatic disease and he was on systemic therapy, also PARPi can be added, to the AI if he was on it for ER/PR positive breast cancer. Hope he is not Her2 positive . You have not mentioned about the ER PR HER2 status and stage. About others in family: Needs screening for breast cancers. Also prostate cancers since this is BRCA2. Screening has been elaborated by another doctor.
Next Steps
PARP inhibitor Olaparib can be added to therapy
