Want to know is this major problem?
Hello doctor, I’m a 27-year-old female. My recent blood test shows the following abnormalities: – HDL cholesterol is low: 36 mg/dL – hs-CRP is very high: 15.9 mg/L – ESR is also high: 37 mm/hr – Vitamin D is low: 12.8 ng/mL – Vitamin B12 is low: 168 pg/mL I often experience symptoms like weakness, low blood pressure (around 99/82), and occasional fast heartbeat. I have a sensitive body and sometimes feel discomfort with new supplements. My questions: Do these values indicate a heart-related or inflammatory risk? Is it safe for me to take flaxseed oil or omega-3 in this condition? Kindly guide me..
