Want to know if I'm pregnant

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am currently on Nexplanon, the arm insert birth control. I am in my Last 6 months of it and think I might be pregnant. I know it wears down quite a bit in the last 6 months so I've very concerned. But since I still have it in my arm, will a at home pregnancy test give me an accurate answer?!
