CA breast post surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy. Her present scan shows evidence of distant recurrence. She has disease in liver and abdominal lymphnodes. In simple words it looks like she has liver metastases, she requires FNAC of liver lesion to confirm the diagnosis and once it is positive. She requires PALLIATIVE CHEMOTHERAPY depending on her general condition.
