Metoprolol being beta1 selective will only cause small increase in triglycerides levels compared to other non selective beta blockers. Beta blockers with ISA like acebutolol and pindolol do not have effect on triglyceride levels. I have answered since you have asked such a question.
Ideally you should not ask such technical questions on a platform like this, this platform is mainly meant for patients for guidance on their treatment. The above explanation is not any treatment recommendation.

Hello,
Metoprolol has no significant effect on lipid profile.
If your lipids are deranged you can share reports and will treat it accordingly. Continue metoprolol.
Take care. Stay safe.
