Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
An individual's height depend upon the genetic makeup of the individual, hormones, diet and nutrition etc.
Basically there are many factors involved.
One's growth ceases after the age of around 21-22. So im afraid nothing can happen now.
I would like to warn you about the many scammy advertisements running on the tv that say you can grow your height or else take your money back guarantee etc. But as i said earlier, its just a "SCAM"
You can go for surgical method of increasing height though o wouldnt recomment you.

At this age no medical therapy will be of benefit, you can have ilizarov operation to increase your height.
