Everyone saying that I m a angry person I should keep calm everytime. I have two yr old child and sometimes I irritated and shout on her. I feel i have to do suicide sometimes no one needs me everyone hats me so I have to kill myself. I always in fear that the person I m loving they will die. I have less self confidence. I always confused to take decision. I can't make understand other person. I want to get rid of my angre I want self confidence I want to make people understand what exactly i want to say. plz help me

Hi, just forget all your worries. Everything will be fine with time. You just need to stay calm and positive. Many women undergoes through post partum depression due to lot of changes in life. Love your child a lot. Play with him. Talk to your family members about your issues. Contact a counsellor who can guide you. Life is very precious so love yourself and your family.
