Want to delay my period
I am 32 F, my menstruation cycle is about 28 days. Because of some urgency I need to perform Pooja for 5 days which is exactly falling on my next period cycle. I never took medicine till now for this reason and scared to have thought of it. Kindly suggest me some safe medicine and how to take it as in these 1 week I have to do lot of travelling too. *I have 3 year old child also who sometimes do breastfed also, but my milk is not coming..
