Want to concieve
March-14th March to 17th March April-21st April to 24th(was due on 14th.. 7 days late) May-18th to 21st (6 days early). Please tell me my upcoming most fertile days so that I can concieve easily. Also how frequent should I have intercouse after my periods gets over so that I can concieve this time without fail. I have never been on any oral birth control pills. I have been married since 4 years. My age is 26 and my husband is 33. Since April I have been trying to concieve and my periods have become irregular which was never before. Please help.

First of all; just shake off all the stress of getting pregnant. You have been trying only for a couple of months; so be just relaxed. The chance of conception per cycle is only about 25%.

Have a preconception check for both of you. Start on Folic Acid. If your periods continue to be irregular; undergo a Follicular Study to check if you are ovulating.

Do not mechanise the act of sex by deciding on which days to have and when not to have. If you or your spouse does not have any fertility issues; have sex around 2-3 times a week and preferably as per desire.
