If the findings on Ultrasound report are without the result of any medication, the report is good but these findings should be followed by ovulation ( shown as rupture of dominant follicle and appearance of free fluid in pouch of Douglas) on subsequent scan taken on day 18 . Please note that the above findings on ultrasound called follicular study vary depending on one's menstrual cycle I.e., once in how many days one gets period and regularity of menstrual cycle.
