I am 28 years old. Its almost 2 year completed to my marriage. We want to plan a baby. What is the right time to conceive for a baby?

Cycle should be regular.All hormones needed for pregnancy should be normal and husband semen analysis also be good enough.From 3rd day of period after consulting to gynaecologist start tablet for ovulation induction, follicular study and injection for rupture of egg.
