Want to Abort on urgent basis. Painful?

I m 17 week pregnant.... I m unmarried so I want to abort this child...medical abortion is not possible in my case... So I have only option of surgical abortion... But I m having issue of placenta previa and doctor said in surgical abortion also their is a chances of heavy bleeding and if bleeding can't be control than they have no other option but to remove uterus to control bleeding.... In my 13 week doctor suggest me to wait for more weeks so that placenta may move upward so that they will do surgical abortion.... Plz tell me if still I face placenta previa problem and it doesn't move than also my abortion is possible?? And also tell Me other ways of abortion in my case and surgical operation is successful and painful???
