Had sex on ovulation day n expected periods date was 6th June missed periods now it's 3 weeks after missing periods I did serum beta hcg test it came 3.20 n urine test too came negative. My periods have never missed like this I always have regular periods .I did ultrasound my endometrium is mild thickened wat is reason for my missed periods kindly answer

Since your pregnancy test is negative you might be having hormonal imbalance, PCOS or thyroid etc.
You should consult gyne and get the screening done.
