Me planning to get pregnant and recently visited a doctor he told me that starting from day1 of your cycle on 12 13 and 14 day dont have sex and than have every alternate days...please can anyone tell me why on 12 13 and 14 days i cant have sex? Normally after period ends i.e after bleeding ends one can start trying every alternate days for a baby?

day 10 to day 20 is your fertile period so you can have alternate day intercourse from day 10 to day 20 if you have regular 28 day cycle...
