Walk in pregnancy
Hi, Is walking for 5km daily in pregnancy allowed, my friend just took pregnancy test and two lines appear. Her routine requires 3km walk atleast all day not continuous. Also She didn't took b hcg yet,  when she can take and is it to be done empty stomach?
