Generally Over iodine intake is the cause Dr roast the iodine  salt so that added Iodine evaporates.. Use that salt in food. Dont eat late night ..2 hrs. after sunset.. finish before.. sleep early..wake up early. Avoid day sleep these are general . specific cause if any in you need to explore
