Waist pain.
I m having pain in my waist since morning while I was taking bath. as I have been suffered from this problem last year too. in morning I had taken the tablet zero doll Mr as prescribed by aims doctor on last year prescription.. but it neither works nor relaxed me

U have pain on ur wrist for long time. N u r just taking painkiller . My advice for u to visit a physiotherapist clinic and consult him with x ray
