Wabt to Improve Eye health
Hello, I am an IT professional.. I had long lasted congectivitis (lasted 2 years, lead to corneal spots) After lot of treatment (including steroids) it recurred, Finally, luckily it slowly disappeared with use of Eyetone drops, (I donno hiw.. I used it myslef I feel it as God's advice) Bcz my Dr was saying lot of her patients are sufferiy from this patches on cornea, and recurring... I am left with small dryness during working on computer.. now taking an Ayurvedic drop morning and evening (EyePlus drops from Sreedhareeyam eye hospital) I have 0.5 Power on right eye.. Redness also reduced to a good extent after using EyePlus.. I would like to do some eye exercise if that help improve eyepower.. Can anyone suggest few exercise? Thanks in advance!

Kindly check your power again and get your retina tested. If you already had some refraction power before you got the conjunctivitis infection, you may need to wear glasses while using gadgets like computer and mobile. Make sure the lighting in the room is comfortable on the eyes, and prevents you from staring into glare on the computer screen Reduce screen brightness. Position the digital display so that your head is in a naturally comfortable position while using Every 5 or 10 minutes once , Take breaks. A few minutes away from the computer or mobile can go a long way when it comes to your eyes. Think of it similarly to the way you take stretch breaks for your arms and back. Don’t forget to blink often. You can use a lubricant eye drops (carboxymethylcellulose) one drops as per symptoms for a week if needed. But the above steps will help you a lot

Hello Eye power may persist or sometimes it may resolve with resolution of corneal lesions. Keep using eye drops as advised by your ophthalmologist. Use antiglare glasses Blink a lot Reduce screen time

Being a constant computer user you are prone to develop dry eyes and other problems which collectively can be called as COMPUTER VISION SYNDROME. Following things can be done; 1. Frequent breaks, every 20 mins or so stare at distance preferably outside the window to relax ur accomodation. 2. Frequent washing of eyes with cold water or cold fomentation. 3. Using the night mode on the mobile and computer screen. 4. Adapting proper computer ergonomics(Might Google to get the details). 5. Consult an eye surgeon whenever time permits.

U can do some convergence exercise that can improve the tone of the muscles of convergence .

Follow the advise given by my colleagues. Use  good antiglare glasses while working on screen. Use a lubricating drops like Tears Natural 4 times a day for3 months. Start home convergence exercise

Can try convergence exercises as already mentioned. Be well hydrated- take plenty of water. Do yoga/breathing exercises.
