Respected madam, Adrenal haemorrhage may be a temporary issue which usually resolves.needs regular follow up and monthly scans. Increased ventricle size might be a sign of hydrocephalus. However it is not a very significant size at 28 weeks pregnancy.child needs a good check up and scans post delivery.
