Vomitings,loose motions

Asked for Female, 3 Years

My 3 years kids drown to drainage water and take single sip .after 2 days she is suffering from loose motions,vomitings.even she could not take any spoon of water

Preferably,consult your paediatrician urgently. Till then,give light meals,add curds and Banana in the diet.Give ors after every loose motion if watery. Use syp ondem 30 mins before meals for vomiting and syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
