Vomitings in pregnancy
Dear sir Attached photo of tounge My sister pregnancy 3 and half month running . Since day 1 day by day or sometime she getting vomiting and doctor said it's normal all tests normal . And she using zofer 4 or doxinate tabket but no use still getting digested food  vomitings. But today she got vomit after vomit she observed her tounge became light black what is the reason pls tell any tests required or not becoz we r middle class . Hospitalization admission required for this or it will cure .. . Our main aim is to control vomit pls tell any tablet thanks .attached photo

If tabs are not working u have to go for Ivfluids n inj ondonsetron consult ur doc Get thyroid profile n other routine investigations done She looks pale too

Hospitalisation is needed when there is so much of acidity, as oral medicines will not hold in stomach Iv pantaprrazole Iv ondensetrone , oral antacid syp along with Iv fluids are needed to control acute attack After 3 days small frequent bland diet n oral medications are given on discharge

She should not remain empty stomach, eat some thing or other every 2 xhourly.Tab ondem 4 mg M D bd before meals, Docinate -24 od , no spicy food.wait for 48 hrs if no relief then "See me

Hospitalization is needed if she is severely dehydrated and need iv fluids.so please check her by a gynaecologist,send her urine for routine microscopy for ketones.if so then she better get admitted to a hospital
