My son had vomiting continously on 27th July.Doctor had prescribed emifilm strip 2 times a day for 5days. As doctor said,vomitings is controlled but  loose motions started from the second day. It is becoming very watery and more frequent. He says it happens for 5 to 10 days. Today rashes started due to using diaper from yesterday. B4 Nappi is applied. Is this the right treatment for 5yrs kid. Can u suggest best diet during this time.Pls advice to get relief faster. Can I give subudana to reduce the frequency of loose motion.

Give paediatric ORS to be given mixed with 200 ml of water after each loose stool Syrup zinc 5 ml once daily for 10 days Watch for adequate urine output 6 to 8 times per day If there is fever, blood / mucus in stools, abdominal pain Please consult your paediatrician
