Vomitings and dizziness in pregnancy
Hi Doctor I am in 11th week of my pregnancy. I have severe nausea accompanied with severe dizziness i.e., am not in a position to stand even for 5min. My doctor prescribed multivitamin syrup for this but am not able to cope up. Iam taking good amount of fruits daily but my problem is getting severe every single day. Please could you suggest something for my dizziness.
