I have been vomiting tendency from 1 week and I think I'm pregnant too so kindly suggest some medicine for the abortion.

First do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy by kit at home. If the test s positive then consult a gynaecologist near you for further management. An ultrasound will also be needed as initial investigation
