Vomiting from nose
My son is 4 months old. He is completely top feeding now and weighs 6.7 kg. at times he vomits the entire milk through mouth and nose. his appetite is normal..is vomiting from nose a serious issue? is there any other problem associated with it? please give opinions.

Yes its very risky if vomiting from nose, he may aspirate in lungs. Its mostly because of fast or excess feeding. Avoid feeding in sleeping position , use small bottle , keep bottle upright so that nipple should be full of milk ( no air ) , use anticolic bottles , do burping for atleast 15 min after each feed.
