This is common in pregnancy. You might develope aversions to certain foods. Try to avoid such food items...you can opt for other healthy foods which u are able to digest properly. Try to take small frequent meals. Try to drink milk in small quantity and add some flavour. U can try cold milk.Consult online for more detailed advise.

Try to eat cold and dry foods, like cereal, biscuits or toast. Drink most of your liquids between meals. You may want, instead, to drink small amounts of liquids with your meals, avoid food that cause vomiting
Next Steps

Hi. In preg avoid foods which cause nausea . Instead of milk you can have curds or buttermilk. This feeling of nausea mostly subsides ahter 12 or 13 weeks . After that you will feel better .
