Vomiting and loose motions

My grandmother is vomiting after every meal since morning! She ate a heavy meal last night and in the morning too . Also from the past two days she was complaining about loose motions. But that wasn't the constant problem

INJECTION PENTAPRAZOLE ONE AMPLE IM STATE. AFTER ONE HOUR SPOROLAC SACHET THREE TIMES A DAY FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS. PLENTY OF WATER, ORS WITH WATER BLEND DIET/LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES . TABLET OZ(OFLOXACILLIN AND ORNIDAZOLE)TWO-TIME A DAY FOR FIVE DAYS. TABLET RABIPRAZOLE D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. AVOID HEAVY DIET AS IT IS RAINY SEASON.
