Vomiting and blood
Dear sir my sister age is 22 unmarried since 3 days again she was started vomiting after food within 4 hrs with little blood .. earlier last year ago same thing happen but recently stopped . But now again started what is the reason we don't know kindly suggegst any tab .just now we went hospital and taken this priscription attached . Based on that kindly refer any . Can I do endoscopy it will findout any thing in stomach pls suggegst . No stomach pain direct vomiting .

Yes endoscopy should be done along with some blood tests and ULTRASOUND etc.
Most likely cause is Gastric ulcers.
But other causes also possible.
