Vocal cord growth
Repeat MLS with biopsy done 3 times within a span of 2 months each in Aug'19,Oct 19 and Dec 19 for Vocal Cord Growth including antecommissure. Biopsy reports in first two occasion reveals benign tissue. However, in 3rd time Histopathogy including IHC report from Onco Pathology Lab, Mumbai reveals Sarcomatoid Carcinoma whereas Histopathology including IHC report from TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai indicates dysplasia. Extremely worried and confused for two different observation. Kindly advise what is the best possible way to do.
