Vitamins - 4 weeks pregnancy
Hi Doctor, My wife is 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. The doctor suggested Iron tablet, one multivitamin and a calcium tablet ( with oyster shell powder and vitamin d- please find the image). I have read that oyster shell powder contains lead which is bad for pregnancy. Also, please let me know if it's okay to take calcium and iron at the same time. Thanks a lot.
