Vitamin supplements

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I've been taking CVS's hair, skin and nails vitamin a month now and I supposed to take that diatery supplements twice a day with my meal. now I want to take the fish oil supplement with omega 3 and I have to take it 3 times a day but I don't want to stop the other vitamins. it is Okey to drink them together?
