Vitamin d3 can be taken at night
My baby is 10 months old. Everyday I am giving her vitamin d. Most of the time I give her  vitamin d at night after she completes drinking milk. Is it safe to give vitamin d at night? Will it affect her growth?

Hi parent, Vitamin D3 drops are essential for bone growth and physical development in general of the baby It should be given until 1 year of age There is no difference if it is given at morning or night What matters is consistency and dose of the drops
Next Steps
Vitamin D3 (400iu / 1ml ) 1 ml should be given orally preferably it should be given along with a meal or feeding as it increases absorption of vitamin D
