To begin with symptoms of body pain and leg pain. If your child has no fever, and its just leg pain (if along the shin mainly) and light body pain, it could be still a? mild viral infection / growing pains. If he has other symptoms like fever, cold, running nose, then mostly towards first diagnosis i have mentioned and see a pediatrician directly Vitamin d as a supplement can be 400i.u/ day.. Ped d3 drops 0.5ml once daily x 1 year Zincovit drops 1ml once daily x 1 year Its a recommendation as per India academy of pediatrics to give multivitamins till 5 years of age, either as syrups or in fussy kids as immune boosters chocolate bar  from cipla ( age appropriate) is available in pharmacies.. 1/ dag There is no evidence of role of milk, ragi or egg worsening a cough in allopathy as long he has no proven food allergies, then seems to present mostly with stomach symptoms like pain tummy, diarrhea, blood in stools, sometimes body rashes, and sometimes times wheezing n cough after consuming a particular food. Feel free to chat individually with me, if u need further help
