Vitamin B12. Deficiency
Hi, I am 44 year old male today’s complete blood test showed vit b12 deficiency 105pmol/L range (,135 -650) and vit d -36 nmol/L range (50-140) Doctor has suggested injections. Can you please advise what causes b12 deficiency and I eat non veg regularly is it normal to get a b12 deficiency
