Your starting Vitamin D of 15.7 ng/ml was significantly low, and 8 weeks of 60K supplementation is usually a good loading dose, but fatigue and low mood can persist until levels are fully restored. It is important to now recheck your Vitamin D level to see how much it has improved, rather than continuing supplementation blindly. Other causes of fatigue like low B12, anaemia, or thyroid issues should also be ruled out.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation â I can review your current status and advise the right next step.
Your initial Vitamin D level was low and an 8-week course of Uprise D3 60,000 IU is usually sufficient for correction.
Persistent tiredness and low mood may also be related to other causes such as anemia, thyroid issues, stress, or sleep disturbance.

Hi!
Vitamin D deficiency is a very common finding we come across these days due to our lifestyle habits.
It is always better to get your vitamin d as well as b12 and Haemoglobin levels tested as those deficiencies might also present similarly.
Taking vitamin D for another nutrient deficiency won’t help.
Next Steps
Get your CBC, B12, TSH and Vitamin D checked too if not already.
"Your vitamin D level (15.7 ng/mL) was in the deficient range. Since you have already completed 8 weeks of Uprise D3 60,000 IU, it is advisable to repeat the 25-OH Vitamin D test before continuing high-dose supplementation. Persistent tiredness and low mood may be due to vitamin D deficiency, but other causes such as anemia, thyroid disorders, stress, depression, poor sleep, or nutritional deficiencies should also be evaluated.
