Hello PCO means posterior capsular opacification but that is not the cause for blurred vision Earlier you mentioned that retina was okay but now you mentioned that blood vessel got ruptured Cause for blurred vision is due to this rupture of blood vessel Kindly share her case file so that I may guide you better Regards
