Visibilty loss on left eye
My father got visibilty loss in left eye afer consulting doctor they said it's dry vein ( glucoma) I want to know is is curable? Also doctor said their is mild effect of catract on his right eye, I need proper consultation , my father is diabetic and BP medication going on.

Glaucoma can be controlled, just like how BP or sugar can be controlled with medications. You need to do a full glaucoma evaluation for your father ,in any tertiary eye center, to know the extent of his damage. Also once cataract surgery is done( after controlling his eye pressure) there are possibilities that his vision might slightly improve.
