Virginal infection and skin disease

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I was having black patchy and irritated itching skin in my vaginal area which has further spread to my thigh area. Over my thighs I've got red round patched because of scratching and that also have become black like the infected vaginal area. Should I consult a gynecologist or dermatologist?
