Dengue and viral fever have similar symptoms.You can examine for dengue fever and platelets count.Till examination u may take only combiflam tab for pain and fever.

Hi bodypain can be with any kind of fever .With dengue you might have rash or headache as well.These are all generalised symptoms hence can be confusing.Viral fevers can last for more than 10 days as well.

You need to discuss with doctor. He will ask you in detail to diagnose the cause. Fever for first few days is difficult to differentiate, take crocin for fever.
