Very very very pain
I m having pain in between two teeths 1st Molar & 2nd Premolar. The pain is so severe I can't even talk. I have tried sensodyne rapid relief but there is no relief. Also I have taken 3 doses of Keterol DT but still the pain is very very very severe. Even if I touch my tongue near the pain area it pains. Please help. The pain is very very severe. Our home area is under lockdown. Kindly suggest so that for temporary the pain can be eradicated. Thanks

Kindly specify the side and site of the pain. Is it on the right side or on left side. Is it from upper teeth or lower teeth. Secondly is the pain continuous or off and on. And has Ketoral DT given any relief for at least few hours. If not then please let me know.

do not hot compress... in care ur last ketorol dose was 6 hr earlier than u may have 2 tab of ketorol dt 10mg together.. ketorol wil take 10 mins atleast to alleviate pain

Hello sir. The symptoms suggest u have irriversible pulpitis..or there might be a fracture in tooth structure..  (a radiograph will reveàl tthe actual pathology) .. ur tooth my have to undergo the rootcanal treatment for relieving the pain.. Painkillers will be helpful for few hrs only.. U can start antibiotic regimen along with ketorol DT Tab. Augmentin 625mg twice daily after food Tab. Ketorol DT thrice daily after food Tab. Razo 20mg  before food
