  4. Very urgent please help me. Of bleeding?

Very urgent please help me
I am 6 weeks pregnant. Today at night I have brownish spotting. Not very much but Just few drops. I have no cramps on my pelvic. I have taken all the medicines like duphaston 500mg, folvite, ecosprin 75 also. But what is the reason behind this type of bleeding? Suggest me what will I do. I had a misscarriage on Feb 2018. This is my second issue. I don't want to loose it. Suggest me what will I do please
