Very urgent please help

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had a misscarriage on 1st February, 2018 but I donot bleed more. After that I have an usg on 23rd February. It shows incomplete abortion. My doctor has given me misoprostol but it does not work. Now I am having deviry 10mg twice a day. My question is when the period will start. Does it effect on my next pregnancy? When should I think to have my second pregnancy

Deviry will not work if u r having retained product of conception. If u hv not bled after misoprostol and u r hvng RPOC , you need to get a surgical evacuation done otherwise you ll land up in infections. U cn connect with me if you are in delhi ncr for further assistance directly
