Hi,
As per your complain for ulcer coming then supress and comes back..
There could be various reason to it
1) Long term tobacco use
2) Vitamin defieciency
3) Bad gut health
But primarily ALL WOULD BE RELATED DUE TO THE TOBACCO HABIT
Next Steps
At first visit your Dentist and get complete teeth and gums cleaning done.
you can apply Rexidin M gel on the ulcer 4-5 times a day regularly atleast for 15 days
you can also start with vitamin B complex cap.
Avoid hot and spicy food.
Health Tips
please get councelling done for your habbit.
Dentist will rule out all the reasons responsible for the cause .
Avoid the tobbacco use for atleast some time as it will irritate more further your ulcer and oral cavity
Hello ! As per the photograph I can see you are tobacco chewer or something else you place at a particular place in you mouth which is causing you recurrent ulcers in your mouth .
