Very Painful Cough

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My son is 1.25 years old and had a high fever of 103 degree on 28/04/2017. Have visited Bethesda hospital and took medicine such as PI125, Cetzine, Odoxil and Domstal from 28/04 to till date. Now the fever is reduced .. however for the last 2 days heavy cough. Y/day visited the hospital ..and they written Levolin ... However no response to that Medicen and the kid is not sleeping and turning out to be tired by having cough

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult Its difficult to comment without examining child. But yes I can advise simple remedy in addition to your present treatment. Please give plenty of fluids to child. At least 5-6 glasses of liquid. Be it water , fruit juice at room temp, milk. Also do t force child for solid food, if he has well and good. Let the drinking water be lukewarm. And increase rest time of baby.
