Very light periods-under PCOS treatment.

I am PCOS patient and married past one year. Now we are planning to have baby. Last month 29th I got my periods. Till now I tried conceiving naturally. Since I didnt, I went to my gynecologist as soon as my periods got over. I had more cysts on my left ovary then my right. My uterus was normal. I also took all test to check my hormones, they were also normal this time. Since I want to get pregnant my doctor prescribed Apcod Obis sachet twice a day, biopreg f once a day (in the night). These two medicines were prescribed for everyday. I was also prescribed with strone 200 from the 15th day of my menstrual cycle. Twice a day for ten days. My last dose was on 24th of this month. Yesterday (26-8-2018) my periods started. My doctor has prescribed me to take letoval 2.5 mg from 2nd day of my cycle(today) twice daily. I have started this medicine. My only concern is my periods are usually heavy. But this time it is very light. Please help.
