  4. Very light pain left chest and back. Do?

Very light pain left chest and back
I m feeling light pain around back chest shoulder and arm. Regular but I m doing all work running also . Pain is not increasing its light all time some time no pain . I have done ecg which is normal . My blood pressure is 140/90 now. Plse suggest me what to do
