Very less feeding and vomit thru Nose
My Daughter is 1month and 12 days old and has palate cleft, she's constantly taking very less feed approx 200ml/day which has resulted in wt loss from birth wt (3kg) to (2.8kg) present wt. Since last 2days she vomits during sleep and milk comes out from her nose. (we keep her at 30 degree angle and also ensure her burp after feed) still randomly she aspirates. She's taking baby Domperine 5ml as per Dr's advice.
Kindly suggest some measure to improve her feed. (Note-we are feeding her with special bottles for cleft babies)

Make the feed more thick use 1.5 scoop in 30ml water please consult we need more info
Domperidome dose is very high we need to see it is 1ml 1mg or 1ml 10 mg
