Since your aim is your second pregnancy you should get your sonography for Follicular study done . If ovulation is occurring spontaneously then you should try sexual intimacy during the ovulation period. You can also try IUI.
Less blood flow during the period may be associated with hormone imbalance which may be associated with oligo-ovulation.
Hi good morning
Thnxs for your question
I think ur period is regular so ovulation process is ok.
U should do semen report of ur husband and send me report so I can help you.
If ur husband semen report is ok than u should go for ovulation induction. And timed unprotected sex on risky days with deep penetration

Nothing to worry about the flow. With regards to second pregnancy, you need to see your gynaecologist and have your AMH levels and other parameters checked. You might need tube testing to check both tubes are free. Husband will need to be evaluated too.
